We knew that RIOT stopped that skin due the fact that they didn't think that skin is epic enough for Morde.
So I decided to do an attempt to redo it in the pourpose to submit it to their attention, with the hope to make this skin come true, because I think it should be a great alt skin for Mordekaiser.
